They are cycling, swimming, racquet sports, aerobics and running.
Besides these five, all other kinds of sports are also important for keeping us healthy:

4. Aerobics –

5. Running –
Running is a great exercise. Running is the best exercise to keep obesity away. Running is recommended to all ages to keep yourself fit and fine. Research shows that those who run 1 km daily have a 67% lesser chance of all-cause mortality. It keeps our heart well functioned, keeps away diabetics, and controls sugar levels. So, running daily is very important to remain fit and fine.
Getting involved in sports keeps us fit and develops our skills, and helps us get rid of the monotony of daily routine. Moreover, getting indulged in sports and exercises improves our heart function, keeps our muscles and bones strong, reduces the risks of diabetes by controlling blood sugar levels, lowers tension and stress, and makes our mind fresh.
